We believe that your pet's emotional well-being is closely tied to their physical health. Our service eliminates the boredom and loneliness that can occur. In addition, your pet stays in their familiar surroundings, eliminating stress and many behavioral problems.
We keep our services discreet; we do not use visual advertisements on our vehicles. Your privacy and the security of your home are as important to us, as it is to you.
We are fully bonded/insured for the safety of your pet, the security of your home and for your peace of mind.
We never charge additional fees for weekends.
We never charge additional fees for early morning or evening visits.
We never charge cancellation fees. We understand life happens.
We never charge for multiple pets, unless a greater allotment of time is needed for care.
We never charge for emergency care for last minute or late bookings.
We never charge incidental fees (medication application, after hours, key charges or cage cleaning).
We charge an additional $10.00 (effective October 1, 2018) fee for the following holidays - Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. No other holidays apply.
We have never looked at our services as a job. Your pets are cared for as if they were our own (picture of our extended family on the right). We have over thirty years of professional and personal experience in caring for all furry, feathered and aquatic pets.
We come highly recommended by clients, local veterinarians, professional pet groomers and dog trainers.
We're a very small, locally well-known and highly respected company in Brewster, New York. We are not a franchise, nor a company with continuous turnover of employees. We are active members of the community, previously serving many years as Girl Scout Leaders and volunteers in our local public schools and animal shelter.
